Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Nonprofit Organizations/Tax-Exempt Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal assistance by reviewing, drafting, and finalizing various legal documents for nonprofit clients
• Research federal, state, and local laws relevant to nonprofit organizations
• Manage client projects and communicate directly with clients regarding timelines and budget expectations

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree required; must be licensed to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing
• Mandatory license to practice law in Pennsylvania; additional state licenses preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience serving nonprofits is essential
• Knowledge in nonprofit law, tax law, and corporate law is required
