Pennsylvania Licensed Nonprofit Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nonprofit/Exempt Organizations Attorney (Full-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal assistance by reviewing, drafting, and finalizing various legal documents
• Research federal, state, and local laws relevant to nonprofit organizations
• Manage client projects and communicate directly with clients regarding timelines and budgets

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree required; must be licensed to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing
• Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania or eligible to waive into the Pennsylvania bar
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant legal experience
• Experience serving nonprofits through pro bono work, board service, or volunteerism is essential
• Experience in nonprofit law, tax law, and/or corporate law is required
