Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nonprofit/Tax-Exempt Organizations Attorney (Full-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal assistance by reviewing, drafting, and finalizing various legal documents
• Research applicable federal, state, and local laws related to nonprofit organizations
• Manage client projects and communicate directly with clients regarding timelines and budgets

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree required; must be licensed to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania is mandatory; additional state licenses preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in nonprofit law and/or corporate law is essential
• Demonstrated interest in serving nonprofit organizations through various means
