Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nonprofit/Tax-Exempt Organizations Attorney (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal assistance by reviewing, drafting, and finalizing various legal documents for nonprofit clients
• Research relevant federal, state, and local laws affecting nonprofit organizations
• Manage client projects, ensuring effective communication and adherence to timelines and budgets

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree required; must be licensed to practice law in the U.S. and in good standing
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania is mandatory, with additional state licenses preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience serving nonprofit organizations is essential
• Experience in nonprofit law or corporate law, particularly in corporate transactional law, is required
