Pennsylvania Licensed Nonprofit Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nonprofit/Tax-Exempt Organizations Paralegal (full-time).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support for various client matters, including drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Conduct research on federal, state, and local laws related to nonprofit organizations
• Organize and summarize documents for corporate transactions and assist in client communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
• Minimum 5 years of paralegal/legal assistant experience, preferably in a private practice law firm
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 suite
• Frequent use of legal research applications (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
• Experience with legal timekeeping practices is a plus
