Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Utilization Management Nurse, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop the Appeals team, ensuring quality and productivity benchmarks are met
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and execution of deliverables
• Monitor staffing, manage queues, and provide mentorship and guidance to team members

Required Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 3+ years of bedside nursing experience in ED/Telemetry/ICU/CCU
• Experience in supervising processes or programs and managing change
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to handle employee concerns professionally
• Solid clinical knowledge base with analytical skills to understand workflow impacts
