Job Summary

To support a dedicated nursing team, the full-time Remote Assistant Nursing Manager will provide on-call support, oversee staff performance, and ensure continuity of care while residing in one of the specified states.

Key responsibilities

• Provide scheduled on-call support to nursing staff, ensuring effective triage for health-related concerns
• Oversee performance management, including conducting interviews and participating in hiring and termination decisions
• Assist in maintaining 24/7 RN coverage and manage healthcare monitoring dashboards for the Health Monitoring Package and Nurse Connect Program

Required qualifications

• Current/active U.S. Pennsylvania State RN licensure
• Compact RN license or ability to obtain PA compact license within 1 month of hire
• Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience in an acute or ambulatory care setting within the U.S
• Preferred experience in IDD group home and supervisory roles
• Residency in PA, DE, OH, LA, TN, TX, VA, or FL
