Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data on labor usage, operational costs, and scheduling
• Partner with teams to optimize labor scheduling and identify productivity improvements
• Support preparation of data-driven reports and presentations for senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• At least one year of experience in operations analysis within the retail or rental industry preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with labor management systems
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies preferred
