Job Summary
To support the daily operations of the Telehealth services, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Outpatient Supervisor will manage patient coordination, clinical documentation review, and insurance authorization while working remotely from Pittsburgh, PA.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the coordination of patient care and ensure accurate clinical documentation and funding tracking
- Act as a liaison among patients, clinical staff, providers, and funding resources to facilitate effective service delivery
- Identify and address gaps in authorizations, funding contracts, and patient support needs to maintain smooth operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or a related field
- At least one year of clinical experience working with individuals with substance use disorders
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment practices and clinical documentation standards
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable high-speed internet
