Pennsylvania Licensed Outpatient Supervisor

Job Summary

To support the daily operations of the Telehealth services, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Outpatient Supervisor will manage patient coordination, clinical documentation review, and insurance authorization while working remotely from Pittsburgh, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination of patient care and ensure accurate clinical documentation and funding tracking
• Act as a liaison among patients, clinical staff, providers, and funding resources to facilitate effective service delivery
• Identify and address gaps in authorizations, funding contracts, and patient support needs to maintain smooth operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or a related field
• At least one year of clinical experience working with individuals with substance use disorders
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment practices and clinical documentation standards
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable high-speed internet
