Pennsylvania Licensed Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal - Nonprofit & Exempt Organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support for various client matters and firm projects, including drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Research federal, state, and local laws related to nonprofit issues and prepare documents for corporate transactions
• Engage in direct communication with clients, manage projects independently, and assist in marketing events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred; associate degree with relevant experience accepted
• Minimum 5 years' paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm serving business and nonprofit entities
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 suite
• Experience with legal research applications such as Westlaw or LexisNexis
• Familiarity with legal timekeeping practices and recording billable time
