Pennsylvania Licensed Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal - Nonprofit & Exempt Organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support for various client matters and projects, including drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Research federal, state, and local laws related to nonprofit organizations
• Organize and summarize documents for corporate transactions and engage in direct communication with clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a private practice law firm
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 suite
• Experience with legal research applications such as Westlaw or LexisNexis
• Familiarity with legal timekeeping practices
