Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced, the part-time Pennsylvania Licensed Paralegal will support administrative hearing activities and legal case work by evaluating records, interpreting regulations, and producing written outcomes in a high-volume environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead administrative proceedings related to automated enforcement matters, ensuring fair and timely hearings
- Conduct remote hearings via video conferencing, providing clear procedural guidance to participants
- Examine evidence and case materials to support informed recommendations and prepare formal legal documents
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in legal research, legal analysis, or paralegal support work
- Background in reviewing case materials and interpreting statutes and regulations
- Experience with case management and maintaining organized legal documentation
- Strong written communication skills for drafting legal summaries and decisions
- Comfortable conducting work in virtual settings, including video-based hearings
