Job Summary
To support a growing litigation team, the fully remote Pennsylvania Licensed Paralegal will manage litigation files, draft legal documents, and coordinate with clients and vendors on insurance defense matters, including bodily injury and third-party liability claims.
Key responsibilities
- Manage litigation files from inception through resolution, including trial preparation
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for attorney approval
- Prepare and manage written discovery, including drafting requests and coordinating document production
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in insurance defense or civil litigation
- Strong understanding of legal procedures related to pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation
- Familiarity with Pennsylvania litigation practices and electronic court filing systems
- Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records for injury-related claims evaluation
- Must meet all applicable paralegal certification or licensure requirements in Pennsylvania
