Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Assessment Standards Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates data collection and ensures supporting documentation is present
• Provides education to staff regarding the IRF-PAI process and maintains communication among all stakeholders
• Assumes accountability for the management of practice and verifies the accuracy of IRF-PAI records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or Master's Degree in PT, OT, or SLP
• 2 years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility or similar setting
• 2 years of experience with functional assessment tools (FIM, QI functional assessment tool)
• Licensed as an RN, PT, OT, or SLP in the State of Pennsylvania upon hire
• Knowledge of inpatient rehabilitation regulations and the IRF-PAI
