Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Representative to join their Corporate Payroll Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the processing of biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll and tax activities
• Make entries, adjustments, and corrections to payroll information to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Respond to payroll inquiries and handle daily payroll administration activities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year of professional level payroll experience
• Knowledge of HR Direct, PeopleSoft, and Kronos payroll processes
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic to moderate payroll issues
• Act 34 clearance required
