Pennsylvania Licensed Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist Senior (East Coast Resident / Eastern Standard Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of payroll including calculations, deductions, and multi-state taxes
• Conduct bi-weekly payroll audits to identify and resolve payroll exceptions
• Process payroll transactions and maintain compliance with legal requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance required
• Experience with payroll systems and processes
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Ability to work in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks
