Pennsylvania Licensed Payroll Tax Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Tax Analyst (resident in Eastern Standard Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, calculation, and reconciliation of bi-weekly, multi-state payroll
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and tax regulations by accurately reporting payroll data to relevant agencies
• Prepare and file payroll tax returns and act as a liaison with government agencies regarding payroll tax matters

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) - Required
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience - Required
• Relevant experience may include a combination of related work experience and degree obtained (Associate's Degree = 2 years; Bachelor's Degree = 4 years)
