Pennsylvania Licensed Pediatric Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing pediatric practice, the part-time remote Pennsylvania Licensed Pediatric Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) will provide evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team while managing a flexible schedule of 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults, fostering strong therapeutic relationships
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing patient assessments
• Collaborate with other specialty providers and maintain thorough clinical documentation

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania
• One year of experience providing direct care therapy to children and adolescents
• One year of experience in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Ability to work during core after-school hours, including evenings and weekends
• Own a phone, computer, and high-speed internet connection (if applicable as a 1099 contractor)
