A company is looking for a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney/Pod Lead in Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of attorneys and paralegals in Pennsylvania
• Evaluate personal injury claims and represent clients in legal matters
• Develop legal strategies, maintain client communication, and manage case files

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
• 5 - 10 years of experience in Personal Injury law
• Experience as a Pod or state-specific Managing Attorney
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania laws, regulations, and procedures
