Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of personal insurance clients, the full-time remote Pennsylvania Licensed Personal Lines Manager will provide exceptional client service, process policy changes, and support new and renewal business while maintaining accurate account documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring timely and professional client support
• Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation within the agency management system
• Build and sustain positive client relationships through high-quality customer service and effective communication

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience preferred
• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Associate degree required
• Experience with EPIC agency management system preferred
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and carrier procedures
