Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist Health Plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the Health Plan and customers regarding pharmaceutical benefits
• Perform medical necessity reviews for formulary exceptions and prior authorizations
• Conduct extensive literature reviews to develop clinical criteria for pharmaceuticals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (preferred)
• Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania within 90 days
• Experience in pharmacy benefit management
• Ability to support internal operations with pharmacy and medical drug benefits
• Knowledge of formulary details and prior authorization processes
