Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist Health Plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the Health Plan and customers regarding pharmaceutical benefits
• Perform medical necessity reviews for formulary exceptions and prior authorizations
• Conduct extensive literature reviews and develop clinical criteria for pharmaceuticals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Required)
• Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania within 90 days
• Experience in pharmacy benefit management
• Knowledge of formulary and medical drug benefits
• Ability to support prior authorization processes
