Pennsylvania Licensed Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist Health Plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the Health Plan and its customers regarding pharmaceutical benefits
• Perform medical necessity reviews for formulary exceptions and prior authorizations
• Conduct extensive literature reviews and develop clinical criteria for pharmaceuticals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Required)
• Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania within 90 days
• Experience in medication therapy management (MTM) outreach for Medicare Part D members (Preferred)
• Knowledge of formulary management and pharmacy benefits
• Ability to work in a clinical environment and support internal operations
