Job Summary

Providing clinical expertise and strategic guidance, the remote Pennsylvania Licensed Pharmacist Advisor will ensure safe and compliant medication management solutions while advising on clinical policies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including Medicaid/Medicare requirements
• Conduct clinical evaluations of medication therapy and perform peer-to-peer consultations with providers
• Provide clinical guidance to call center teams and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license (RPh or PharmD) required
• Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy programs and drug utilization review
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare pharmacy programs or PBM environments preferred
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
