Job Summary

To support the expansion of specialty pharmacy programs, the full-time Senior Application Analyst - Pharmacy will design and optimize Epic workflows, develop outreach schedules for patient enrollment, and implement functionality for tracking engagement, all while working remotely and participating in on-call rotations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize Epic workflows to enhance patient enrollment in specialty pharmacy programs
• Develop defined outreach schedules that trigger automated follow-ups for patient engagement
• Implement functionality to track outreach attempts and engagement metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited university program
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare information systems or clinical management systems
• Current Pennsylvania pharmacy license or eligibility for one within the probationary period
• Epic experience strongly preferred
• Advanced training or master's degree in information services strongly preferred
