Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - PA Admin (RPh).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and consult a diverse team to enhance service performance, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes
• Oversee the Prior Authorization Administration team, ensuring compliance and execution of clinical programs
• Collaborate with various functional areas to support client needs and manage operational escalations

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist licensure
• 6+ years of demonstrated people leadership experience in a PBM environment
• 6+ years of experience in PA Administration
• Proficiency with CAS, MHK, and Salesforce
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
