Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Pharmacy Case Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the clinical and quality goals of the Medicare Part D member outreach program
- Conduct telephonic outreach to members regarding medication regimens and coordinate with providers
- Oversee staffing, training, and performance evaluation of the pharmacy team and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy plus 8+ years of relevant experience
- Active State Pharmacy License
- 1+ years of pharmacy experience in Managed Care preferred
- 1 year of Medicare Part D experience preferred
- Self-motivated and organized, with effective time management skills
