Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Contract Manager to oversee the contract process for pharmacy agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring timely review, negotiation, and execution of pharmacy-related agreements
• Serve as the primary liaison between pharmacy stakeholders and internal contracting partners, facilitating communication and alignment
• Track contract progress, generate reports on contract status, and identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field (Required), Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in contract lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of pharmaceutical pricing
• Experience in human resource management and team leadership
