Job Summary
Assisting Pharmacy Customer Service leadership, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Pharmacy Representative will process provider and member prior authorization requests while working remotely and adhering to regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain understanding of pharmacy benefit policies and procedures
- Provide customer service support to members and physicians, resolving inquiries and clinical issues
- Document prior authorization requests and communicate service details to providers and members
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required
- Familiarity with pharmacy benefit policies and procedures
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards in pharmacy services
