Job Summary

Assisting Pharmacy Customer Service leadership, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Pharmacy Representative will process provider and member prior authorization requests while working remotely and adhering to regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain understanding of pharmacy benefit policies and procedures
  • Provide customer service support to members and physicians, resolving inquiries and clinical issues
  • Document prior authorization requests and communicate service details to providers and members
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required
  • Familiarity with pharmacy benefit policies and procedures
  • Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
  • Strong understanding of regulatory standards in pharmacy services
