Job Summary

Assisting Pharmacy Customer Service leadership, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Pharmacy Representative will process provider and member prior authorization requests while working remotely and ensuring adherence to pharmacy benefit policies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of pharmacy benefit policies and procedures
• Provide high-level customer service and support to members and physicians
• Document inquiries and prior authorization requests accurately according to departmental policy

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits and regulatory standards
• Ability to communicate effectively with providers and members
• Experience in handling prior authorization requests preferred
