Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician - Call Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient/provider/customer care and assist with medication delivery and inventory management
  • Use the pharmacy computer system to facilitate patient care and maintain pharmacy records
  • Participate in onboarding and training of new pharmacy personnel
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
  • Minimum of 1 year of related work experience required
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician within 2 years from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB or NHA)
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with the healthcare regulatory environment
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical names and teamwork principles
