Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician in a Call Center setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient/provider/customer care and assist in medication delivery and inventory management
• Utilize the pharmacy computer system to facilitate patient care and maintain pharmacy records
• Participate in onboarding and training of new pharmacy personnel and perform housekeeping duties in compliance with policies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience is required
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician within 2 years is required (PTCB or NHA)
• Computer literacy in a healthcare regulatory environment is necessary
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
