Pennsylvania Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

Working from home full-time, the Pennsylvania Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage medication delivery and inventory management while providing patient and provider support through effective communication and message retrieval.

Key responsibilities

• Provide patient, provider, and customer care using the pharmacy computer system
• Prepare and label medications for distribution and manage inventory of medications and supplies
• Maintain pharmacy records and assist in the onboarding and training of new pharmacy personnel

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician within 2 years from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB or NHA)
• Registered as a Pharmacy Technician Trainee, Pharmacy Technician, or Pharmacy Intern with the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy
• Computer literacy and familiarity with the healthcare regulatory environment
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical names and teamwork skills
