Job Summary

Engaging with healthcare and pharmacy customers, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Pharmacy Technician will provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound communications, problem-solving, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone and other communication platforms to address inquiries and provide solutions
• Research and resolve customer issues while documenting interactions in internal systems
• Foster a culture of feedback and continuous learning to enhance personal and team growth

Required qualifications

• Must be physically located in Pennsylvania
• Ability to acquire Pharmacy Technician or Trainee registration/licensure with the PA State Board of Pharmacy
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment
• High school education or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and ability to multi-task effectively
