Job Summary
Working from home in Pennsylvania, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage medication delivery, inventory management, and patient/provider communication while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide patient/provider/customer care and support activities that do not require pharmacist expertise
- Utilize the pharmacy computer system for patient care and maintain pharmacy records
- Prepare, label, and manage medications and supplies, ensuring proper inventory control
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience is required
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician within 2 years from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB or NHA) is required
- Registration as a Pharmacy Technician Trainee, Pharmacy Technician, or Pharmacy Intern with the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy is required
- Computer literacy and familiarity with the healthcare regulatory environment are essential
