Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, a Pennsylvania Licensed Pharmacy Technician will provide patient care, manage medication inventory, and assist in onboarding new pharmacy personnel while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide patient/provider/customer care and support activities that do not require pharmacist expertise
- Prepare, label, and manage medications and supplies, including inventory management
- Maintain pharmacy records and perform housekeeping duties in compliance with policies
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician within 2 years from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB or NHA)
- Registered as a Pharmacy Technician Trainee, Pharmacy Technician, or Pharmacy Intern with the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy
- Computer literacy and familiarity with the healthcare regulatory environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
