Job Summary

Leading a team of pharmacy technicians, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Pharmacy Technician Lead will oversee pharmacy operations, assist in staff management, and participate in patient care activities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational activities within the pharmacy, including technician education and scheduling
• Prepare and label medications for distribution and maintain pharmacy records
• Participate in onboarding and training of new pharmacy personnel

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience required
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification from Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Healthcareer Association (NHA) required
