Job Summary

To support patient care in a hereditary cancer clinic, the part-time Pennsylvania Licensed Physician Assistant will collaborate with physicians to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, while managing follow-up care and ordering necessary tests remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and establish presumptive diagnoses, implementing treatment plans for patients
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing, making accurate entries in the electronic medical record
• Communicate effectively with patients and collaborating physicians to ensure safe and ethical care

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant studies (Required); Master's Degree preferred
• Certified Physician Assistant credential from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Basic Life Support Certification
