Job Summary

Providing virtual psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed PMHNP will deliver evidence-based psychiatric care remotely while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual psychiatric evaluations and manage medication for patients with various mental health conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in a secure remote environment

Required qualifications

• Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license (PMHNP) in Pennsylvania
• Independent practice eligibility (no provisional or supervised licenses)
• 2+ years of outpatient psychiatric experience since obtaining licensure
• Strong comfort and proficiency with telehealth platforms
• A private, confidential workspace suitable for virtual care
