Job Summary
To support women's mental health care, the part-time Pennsylvania Licensed PMHNP will conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits via telehealth, collaborating with OB/GYN providers and care teams to enhance treatment strategies for perinatal and perimenopausal patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients during the perinatal period and peri/menopause via telehealth
- Complete pre-conception medication consultations and provide psycho-education for individuals on psychotropic medications
- Perform asynchronous consultations by reviewing clinical information and medical records, offering treatment recommendations for patients needing adjustments
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner in Pennsylvania
- Able to practice independently without supervision in Pennsylvania
- Active DEA license in Pennsylvania
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner certification issued by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
- Experience or interest in perinatal or perimenopause mental health and collaborative care
