Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Significant experience in leading power generation projects or pursuits
• Proven leadership experience in building teams and scaling capabilities
• Demonstrated success in developing executive-level client relationships
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is preferred
