Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate's Degree from an accredited LPN program
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license upon hire
• Basic Life Support certification upon hire
• Completion of IV certification training for specific procedures
