Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse
Job Summary
To support quality healthcare initiatives, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse will evaluate healthcare services, conduct medical record audits, and analyze data while working remotely on a 40-hour weekly schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform medical record audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collect, organize, and analyze data, providing findings to appropriate stakeholders
- Actively participate in patient safety improvement programs and identify processes that could lead to errors
Required qualifications:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- Current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Familiarity with CMS, Joint Commission, and quality reporting programs preferred
- Experience with Core Measure and Get with the Guidelines Stroke abstraction is highly preferred
