Pennsylvania Licensed Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the strategic direction of the organization, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Program Manager will provide day-to-day oversight of long-term services and supports, managing team members and developing programs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manages assigned team members, including supervision, evaluation, and administrative duties
• Develops and implements programs to support organizational goals and objectives
• Analyzes program risks and adjusts strategies to ensure project goals are met

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing people, processes, or projects
• Experience in developing budgets and operating plans for programs
• Proven ability to implement and manage program changes and interventions
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management
