Pennsylvania Licensed Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative audit and compliance solutions, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Program Manager will own the Pharmacy Audit Support product, manage compliance workflows, and coordinate registration and licensure requirements in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for PSAO Audit and Compliance Solutions
• Own the Pharmacy Audit Support product and lead the design and improvement of audit support workflows
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while managing PSAO registration and licensure requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in business, healthcare, pharmacy, regulatory affairs, or compliance
• 7+ years of experience in compliance, audit support, regulatory operations, or product management
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and payer audit dynamics
• Proven ability to define product roadmaps and lead cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment
