Job Summary
Managing complex provider contracts, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Provider Contracting Advisor will negotiate fee-for-service and value-based reimbursements while fostering relationships with hospitals and other providers in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees contracting and negotiations with healthcare providers to support local market strategies
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with provider partners and internal stakeholders to drive network initiatives
- Analyzes financial impacts of contracts and resolves complex provider service complaints
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Healthcare, Business, or equivalent industry experience; MBA or MHA preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Managed Care contracting and negotiations
- Proven ability to develop and manage key provider relationships
- Strong knowledge of complex reimbursement methodologies and incentive-based models
- Experience in a fast-paced, matrix organization with excellent communication skills
