Job Summary
To support a growing pediatric practice, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans while providing ongoing medication management
- Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients and families to enhance engagement in treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create integrated care plans and monitor patient progress against care goals
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program and PMHNP-BC certification
- Active Pennsylvania PMHNP/CRNP/APN license, DEA license, and State Prescriptive Authority
- At least one year of independent psychiatric experience working under licensure
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week during peak hours after 4 pm ET or any time on weekends
