• Handle purchase and sale agreements of owned property
• Manage commercial leases

Required Qualifications

• Must be a licensed attorney with experience in real estate transactions
• Experience with purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases
• Ability to work part-time, approximately 750 hours annually
• Preference for candidates located in the Philadelphia/New Jersey area
• Willingness to commute to the office occasionally
