Job Summary
Providing guidance and training to new real estate agents, the full-time Real Estate Coach will conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and group education, while collaborating with office leadership to enhance agent productivity both onsite and remotely in Harrisburg, PA.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and lead group education sessions for new agents
- Create structured development plans tailored to agents' experience levels to facilitate quick production
- Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to agents, leveraging technology platforms
Required qualifications
- Experience in real estate sales or brokerage with knowledge of residential transaction processes
- Demonstrated coaching, mentoring, or training experience, preferably with sales professionals

- Ability to design and implement structured learning plans and performance improvement strategies
- Real estate license in Pennsylvania (or willingness to obtain) is preferred
