Job Summary
Offering peer support and guidance, the full-time Pennsylvania Licensed Recovery Specialist will manage a caseload of members remotely, providing assistance through text and video, monitoring tests, and collaborating with clinical teams to foster recovery.
Key responsibilities
- Provide peer support via text and video, ensuring a human presence during critical times
- Monitor toxicology and breathalyzer tests over video, and build personalized relapse prevention plans
- Collaborate with clinical teams and check in weekly with members to review progress and address issues
Required qualifications
- Must hold a Peer Recovery Support Specialist credential in Pennsylvania
- At least 3 years of continuous sobriety and willingness to share personal recovery experiences
- Experience in roles such as case manager, counselor, or sponsor is preferred but not required
- Comfortable using technology, including apps and video calls
- Ability to communicate effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
